This month’s in-service will be presented by Dr. Karen Wendel, Denver Sexual Health Clinic’s Medical Director. The in-service will focus on the recent update to non-occupational post-exposure prophylaxis (nPEP) guidelines to include focus on new recommended PEP regimens, lab evaluation, and follow up intervals. As a result of this activity the learner will be able to describe new treatment options recommended for nPEP and be able to appropriately counsel patients on recommended lab testing and follow up intervals.
