Overview:
The STI Management Intensive course provides foundational knowledge in the screening, diagnosis, management, and prevention of common STI. The curriculum covers the sexually transmissible causes of cervicitis, urethritis, vaginitis, proctitis, and genital ulcer disease. Capacity for this activity is limited. Registration is required for this event.
Target Audience: Healthcare professionals (physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, certified nurse midwives, nurses) in public or private practice who examine and treat individuals at risk for STDs/HIV. Applicants may include clinicians who work in family planning, adolescent health, women’s health, primary care, urgent care, or community health centers.
